| Words of Mass Destruction CD The DJ Project The seventh DJ Project release, "Words of Mass Destruction", is both a political and lyrical bombshell dropped on a lethargic and war-weary hip-hop nation. Performance and professionalism were the war chants for this crew, as participants traded secrets with weathered battle veterans. Youth entered the control room and fired-off press releases and promotional packages to media outlets, learning the value of networking and relationship building as it pertains to business success. Guest artists included Jahi (Jahi and the LIfe), Blackalicious, Quannum records crew, Adisa the Bishop, DJ Quest and D-Sharp. This cycle culminated in a blowout show at Studio Z with a performance that inspired faith in the soldiers of today's hip-hop army. |
